# SimilarClip

> SimilarClip is an AI video studio for faceless YouTube channels. Give it a topic or a YouTube link and it writes an original script, illustrates every beat with AI images, narrates it, adds captions, music and a thumbnail, writes the SEO metadata, and publishes to YouTube, once or on an autopilot schedule. AI agents can use all of it through an MCP server and a REST API authenticated by the account owner's API key.

Once a human has created the account and an API key, an agent can check credit, start purchases (the human approves a Stripe checkout link), generate videos, publish them to connected YouTube channels, and run schedules.

- Starter (`starter`): $39/month, includes $11 of AI credit per month (≈ 18 min of video) and 1 YouTube channel
- Pro (`pro`): $99/month, includes $33 of AI credit per month (≈ 55 min of video) and 3 YouTube channels
- Studio (`studio`): $199/month, includes $77 of AI credit per month (≈ 128 min of video) and 10 YouTube channels
- Annual billing: 10 months' price for 12 (`create_checkout` with `annual: true`). Credit is still granted monthly.
- Credit packs (need an active plan, never expire): `10min` ≈ 10 min for $25, `30min` ≈ 30 min for $69.
- Every account needs an active plan to generate videos.
- Each video is billed at its exact AI cost, using plan credit first and then pack credit.
